WinHost offers 24/7 customer support through our Support Portal. You can contact both our Technical Support and Billing Departments through the Support Portal.
For your technical support inquiries, please remember to provide as much detail as possible to eliminate having to clarify your questions, like the software versions you are using, the error messages, the urls...etc. As a rule of thumb, provide as much information as possible so that we can replicate the problem.
