"Prior to hosting with WinHost I had been with another hosting company for almost 10 years. About two years ago I built an ASP.Net AJAX site and began to have no end of trouble with it. I am an experienced programmer with 15 years experience writing database-drive web sites on a Windows platform. Every time I complained about a problem, the other company would reply that they could not find the problem and that any code I wrote was my responsibility. My own research into the problems indicated a server issue, but they would not acknowledge it. I spent a few weeks researching other hosting companies, one of which was WinHost. I submitted an actual problem I was having with the other company as a hypothetical, and asked what their response would be. They graciously replied, and provided the answer I knew was the correct one. I immediately switched all of my business web sites over to WinHost, and have been extremely pleased with the performance of my web sites. Additionally, their knowledge base has been extremely helpful and the staff responds to questions quickly and knowledgeably."

"I recently switched from another popular Windows hosting provider. My main reason for switching was cost. I was paying quite a bit for a lot of extra disc space and the SQL server addon. Here with the Ultimate plan, I get more for a lot less. Performance seems a little better here on Winhost, which is great. Their control panel is clean and easy to use. They keep their email client (SmarterMail) up-to-date. I set up an account easily, moved my SQL server database over with no problems and have been very happy so far. I've used their knowledge base a few times and found my answer quickly. I definitely recommend Winhost."

"I was getting ready to deploy my website to production on GoDaddy.com Windows Hosting within a few days when I noticed that the performance of my
website was becoming unpredictable. At some times of the day, I could access my web site within a few seconds, at other times, it would take as
long as 25-30 seconds and sometimes not render at all. I tried calling GoDaddy.com hosting support to complain about the issues, but they were of

"I have nothing but good things to say about their service. Performance is good, ease of use, control panel, KB, are all excellent. Their control panel is a joy to use; well laid out and organized. I was able to sign up, upload my site, and publish a SQL server db in an incredibly short amount of time. They have step by step instructions in their KB, which are very easy to follow. The features are superb and you get them for a pittance; $100 per year. No chance I would return to GoDaddy. Thanks guys, keep up the good work"

"I have been with WinHost for seven months. I have not had one negative issue. I have not ever opened a support ticket or talked to the help desk, because everything works as it is suppose to. The Control Panel is designed very well and meets all my needs. I love the way they set up SQL Server. When accessing my SQL Server DBs from other hosts it would take forever because they would include all DBs from all other hosters. My DBs from WinHost come up very quickly. I have never noticed a down time. I've never had any issues with billing. I understand scoring all 10's sounds suspicious, but I have not had one problem with WinHost. How else can I score? I can't say that from my other host. I am in the process of transfering everything to WinHost. Also, I believe the prices are very competetive."

"I researched for hours trying to find the best .NET hosting when I came
across WinHost.com. They had everything, .NET 4.0, MVC 3, LINQ, IIS7 and
Windows Server 2008. Not to mention a reasonably sized Bandwidth and Storage
for the price. I've always stayed away from Hosting Providers that advertise
Unlimited Storage and Bandwidth. You can only imagine with several hundred
clients on 1 virtual server in a cluster of other servers with no quota -
your just asking for failure, downtime, and loss in data. WinHost has a wide
range of plans that suite anyone's needs that ensure the uptime and speed
that every client wants!
The first time I logged into the control panel that Win-Host provides I was
a bit worried - it didn't appear that they had a lot of available features
and were limited on client control. However, after reading through their
public forum they provide - I found a wide range of solutions that give the
me the high level of control that I needed. With IIS Manager, SQL Server
Management Studio, and your preferred FTP Client installed on your home PC -
you can manage the entire site, modify the database, and upload files with
ease. Linking up Microsoft Visual Studios makes quick work of uploading
websites and making changes on the fly. The URL Rewrite module paired with
their unlimited domain pointers makes hosting multiple websites a breeze.
WinHost truly give ultimate control over your site - leaving other Hosting
services in the dusts. WinHost is #1 in my book! Thanks WinHost for the
